Abstract
This paper expounds the importance of new employee training in enterprises, and through the analysis of the current situation of the training of new employees in Hebei Sheng Hao Real Estate Co., Ltd., points out the main problems existing in the training of new employees. Using the theory of training, combining with the actual situation of Real Estate Company, and aiming at the problems existing in the training of new employees, the new employee program of Sheng Jia company was redesigned. Through the implementation and management of it, to meet the basic needs of new personnel and the needs of enterprises, provide the basis for the training of new employees. So that the company's new employees can quickly integrate into the company, competent for their own work.
